On March 25, Miyo Moriuchi, a board member of the Urasenke Tankokai of Philadelphia (one of the three main schools of tea), will lead a special presentation on the Japanese Tea Ceremony.

Shikha Prashar, an Edward Jones Financial Advisor, continues her enlightening four-part financial education series with “Savvy Women, Smart Investors Take Charge of Their Financial Future on March 27, followed by “Making it Last - Retirement Income Strategies” on April 17, and “Alzheimer’s Conversations: Protecting Your Health and Wealth” on May 8.

On March 31, Britney O'Donnell from Britney O'Donnell Garden Design, specializing in sustainable landscape design and installation, will present “Tried and True Native, Deer-Resistant Plants”.

A hands-on Japanese Calligraphy (Shodou) class presented by Michelle Arnot on April 8 will allow participants to experience the harmony of ink, brush, and movement in this timeless tradition.

April will conclude with “Don’t Leave a Mess When You Go”, a workshop led by Susan Hoskins. On April 22, learn about the steps necessary to avoid leaving a mess for your loved ones. Topics will include designating beneficiaries, organizing important documents, managing accounts and passwords, HIPAA releases, and even decluttering.

Senior Planet returns for an engaging series of lectures and hands-on workshops covering essential digital skills! Learn about cloud storage, Google workspace, Smartphone photography, photo editing, YouTube, and more. Sessions run from May 5 to June 18, featuring both informative lectures and interactive workshops.
