As residents and business owners of Lower Southampton Township, Joe and Daniela Cottone have been serving delicious Italian food for three decades.
Joe was working at the pizzeria that was originally run by family members who had migrated here from Italy and offered takeout pizza and sandwiches in the 1980s. In 1995, Joe and Daniela were given the opportunity to take over ownership of the pizzeria when their first child was just an infant.
Since then, they have expanded the menu as well as the space. The menu includes many more options including Italian dinner favorites and tables for seating.
The family loves living, working and supporting their local community. Through the years, as their three children moved through the Neshaminy schools, Joe and Daniela worked together with PTO and extracurricular organizations on fundraisers.
As the kids got older, they too began to help at the shop working behind the counter, doing dishes and pitching in wherever needed. Running the business has truly been a family affair.
As they celebrate 30 years of ownership, the Cottone’s are filled with profound emotions as they reflect on the hard work and tireless dedication it took them to get to this point. Most of all they want to express their sincere gratitude to each customer for their unwavering support in helping them to achieve this milestone.
They know they wouldn’t be where they are today without their loyal customers, many who are like family to them, and they look forward to continuing their journey in the years to come!
Nina’s Pizza II is open seven days a week offering delivery. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 10:30 am – 8 pm, Friday and Saturday from 10:30 am – 9 pm, and Sunday from 11:30 am – 8 pm.
