Lower Southampton Parks & Recreation

The Parks and Recreation Department of Lower Southampton Township continues to add programming for our residents along with great community events.
Spring has started off with a blast, our Spring Fling Food Truck Thing at Playwicki Farm was a tremendous success. Be sure to join us on the 2nd Friday of every month (May – August) at Playwicki Farm from 5 - 8 pm for a great selection of food trucks, craft vendors, games and activities for kids, and more.

We are also pleased to announce that we are introducing concerts into our list of community events. Our debut will be Thursday June 18 at Veterans Park (Formerly the Dolphin Swim Club) starting at 6 pm featuring “The Seven Band”. On Saturday July 25 we will celebrate America 250 with another concert at Veterans Park (Acts TBD).

Summer is right around the corner, and while our main day camp is sold out, we have plenty of other options to choose from. One-week camps including camps for baseball, drawing, soccer, Legos, basketball, drama, and more are available online now.
While you’re out and about this spring, please make sure you check out one of our great walking trails at either Playwicki Farm or Russel Elliot Park, and stay tuned for more information about the new walking trail that will be installed at Veterans Park in the future.
